What is Coach Adapt?
Coach Adapt is an AI-powered personal coaching app that helps you build healthier habits, manage stress, improve fitness, and work toward your personal goals — all through natural, supportive conversation.
Unlike rigid fitness trackers, Coach Adapt adapts to you: your schedule, your preferences, and your pace. Think of it as having a knowledgeable, always-available wellness coach in your pocket.

Is Coach Adapt free to use?
Yes — Coach Adapt has a free tier that includes a limited number of AI coaching messages per month. This is a great way to experience the app and see if it's a good fit for you.
For unlimited coaching conversations and access to all premium features, you can upgrade to Coach Adapt Pro:
- Monthly: $9.99/month
- Annual: $59.99/year (save ~50%)
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and can be cancelled at any time.
What goals can Coach Adapt help me with?
Coach Adapt is designed to support a wide range of wellness goals, including:

During onboarding you'll select your primary goals, and your AI coach will tailor its approach accordingly. You can update your goals at any time in your Profile settings.
How do I update my profile photo?
How do I change my email address or password?
To change your password: go to Profile → Settings, then tap Change Password. You'll receive a reset link by email.
To change your email address, please contact us at [email protected] with your current email and the new address you'd like to use. We'll update it manually and send a confirmation.
How do I update my health or fitness goals?
How do I delete my account?
We're sorry to see you go. To permanently delete your account and all associated data:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your coaching history, goals, and personal data will be erased within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately before deleting (see Subscription section below).

Coach Adapt Pro unlocks the full coaching experience:

How do I upgrade to Pro?
Your Pro features activate immediately after purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Coach Adapt subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. To cancel:
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. After cancellation, you'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
We do not issue refunds for partially unused subscription periods — please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Coach Adapt does not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
To request a refund from Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase
- Find the Coach Adapt charge and tap Request a Refund
My subscription isn't activating after purchase. What do I do?
If Pro features aren't showing after a successful purchase, try these steps:

How does the AI coaching work?
Coach Adapt uses advanced large language model AI to have natural, supportive coaching conversations with you. Your coach:
- Remembers your goals, preferences, and history within your account
- Asks thoughtful questions to understand your situation
- Provides evidence-based wellness guidance and habit suggestions
- Adapts its tone and approach based on how you like to be coached
- Tracks your progress and celebrates your wins
The more you use it, the better it understands you.
Is Coach Adapt a replacement for a doctor or therapist?
No. Coach Adapt is a wellness and habit-coaching tool — it is not a medical service, and the AI is not a licensed healthcare provider.
Coach Adapt is designed to help with lifestyle goals like exercise, nutrition, stress management, and habit building. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions, mental health disorders, or emergencies.
If you are experiencing a health crisis or need professional mental health support, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services.
How many messages can I send per month on the free plan?
Free accounts include a limited number of AI coaching messages per month. The exact limit is shown in the app under Profile → Usage.
Once you've reached your monthly limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Coach Adapt Pro for unlimited conversations. Your limit resets at the start of each calendar month.
Can I export my coaching history?
Conversation history export is on our roadmap. Currently, your coaching conversations are stored securely in your account and accessible within the app.
If you need a copy of your data for any reason (including account deletion), email [email protected] and we'll provide your data in a readable format within 30 days.
What data does Coach Adapt collect?
We collect only what's needed to provide the coaching experience:
- Account info: email address, name, profile photo (optional)
- Coaching conversations: the messages you exchange with your AI coach
- Health and wellness data: goals, habits, and progress you share voluntarily
- Usage data: basic analytics to improve the app (crash reports, feature usage)

Is my coaching data private and secure?
Yes. Your coaching conversations are treated as sensitive personal data and are protected with:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
- Access controls — only you can view your conversations
- Secure cloud storage with industry-standard providers
We will never share your coaching conversations with third parties except where required by law.
How do I request deletion of my data?
You can request full data deletion at any time by:
- Using Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or
- Emailing [email protected] with subject "Data Deletion Request"
We will delete your personal data within 30 days of the request, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
The app is slow or crashing. What should I try?
If none of these help, email us at [email protected] with your device model and iOS version.
I can't sign in to my account.
Still locked out? Email [email protected] and we'll help you regain access.
My profile photo isn't saving.
Your photo saves locally to your device immediately. It also syncs to the cloud when a connection is available — you may see it appear briefly after relaunching the app on a good connection.
If your photo isn't persisting at all:
- Make sure you've granted Coach Adapt permission to access your Photos in Settings → Coach Adapt → Photos.
- Try taking a new photo directly within the app using the camera option.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection when setting the photo for the first time.

I'm not receiving the verification or password reset email.
If you still don't receive it after 10 minutes, email us at [email protected] from the address you registered with.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
We love hearing from users — your feedback shapes the app.
- Bug reports: Email [email protected] with a description of what happened, the steps to reproduce it, and your device/iOS version.
- Feature requests: Same email — just describe what you'd love to see and why it would help your coaching experience.
